The Carabao Cup clash between Liverpool and Chelsea on Wednesday night acted as a dress rehearsal for the Premier League match between the two sides.
After welcoming the Blues to Anfield last night, the Reds make the trip south to face Maurizio Sarri's men at Stamford Bridge in the league on Saturday.
And after losing their unbeaten start to the campaign, Jurgen Klopp will be hoping to take his revenge in the competition that really matters to him and his fans.
Chelsea, however, will be keen to get back to winning ways in the league. Their 100% record was ended by a goalless draw with West Ham last time out and they know that if they beat Liverpool they will be joint top of the table.
